A little about me…
I’ve spent my entire life learning how to bring clarity to complex situations.
From growing up in Macedonia to living in Greece and Serbia to building brands across more than 12 countries in Europe and the United States, my journey has been shaped by culture, movement, and constant adaptation. Every role, every market, and every challenge taught me how to see patterns, simplify the complex, and turn ideas into action.
Whether in global CPG organizations or high-velocity tech environments in the U.S., my work has always centered on one goal:
turning vision into structure, and structure into results.
My mission is simple:
to help companies grow with clarity, discipline, and purpose - and to help people build things that truly matter.
Career Highlights & Philosophy
My career began in global CPG companies, where I learned the power of execution at scale — Coca-Cola, Molson Coors, and Anheuser-Busch shaped my foundation.
From creative excellence to trade marketing, to neuroscience-based GTM systems, I learned how to blend strategy, creativity, and data to deliver real-world impact.
Later, I stepped into the tech world as Chief Marketing Officer at Lucid Green, where I helped transform a rapidly growing startup into a category-defining platform.
Leading at the intersection of marketing, technology, and user experience taught me how to build systems that scale and brands that people trust.
Across every chapter, my philosophy has been consistent:

Dogs, Rescue & Compassion
Animals have always been a meaningful part of my life. I’m actively involved in rescue and fostering, helping dogs transition into safe and loving homes and supporting organizations that advocate for animal welfare.
Beyond fostering, I care deeply about animal rights and the idea that all sentient beings deserve respect. I believe in challenging speciesism — the belief that some lives matter less than others — and in creating a world where compassion extends across all species. Working with animals keeps me grounded, reminds me of empathy and responsibility, and reinforces the values I bring into my work and my life.
